M & M Services Inc. was founded in 2002 with the main focus of providing roll-off debris box services but soon expanded to new heights. In late 2004 Ker Plunk Sanitary was formed, a portable restroom service company that services multiple counties throughout Northern California and the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2006 Windsor Material Recovery Facility was established at our central headquarters in Windsor, CA. This facility sorts and separates recyclable material from construction and demolition debris. It focuses on recycling and diverting as much as possible from entering landfills. In 2009, to consolidate our various names and better define our operations, the company began operating under the dba of Pacific Sanitation.
